Always There Repair was founded by four partners from both the maintenance coordination/call center industry and the property management industry. Their goal was to provide a premium level of service not previously seen among maintenance call center providers, focusing on rapid call answering time and dedication to first-call resolution. 

Our company has a philosophy of overstaffing and hiring only the best call center representatives to meet these goals. Our preferred clients understand the value of this premium level of service.

For emergencies any time of day, our team provides phone coverage 24/7/365. With troubleshooting, work order entry into YOUR software, and dispatching emergency maintenance calls, we take urgent maintenance phone call worries off your plate around the clock. $500 Setup Fee, $3.25/unit per month

Always There Dispatch

Need full-service maintenance support? Always There Repair provides phone, email, and resident portal coverage for ALL of your maintenance requests 24/7/365. With troubleshooting, work order entry into YOUR software, and initial dispatching of ALL maintenance work orders, we take the maintenance dispatching worries off your plate around the clock. $250 Setup Fee, $6.25/unit per month

Always There Coordination

In addition to everything offered in Always There Dispatch, our team will also handle follow-up calls with vendors and residents. We’ll also coordinate with your owners to get repair approvals according to your policies and procedures. NO SETUP FEE, $12.95/unit per month.
